Hello. My name is Steve Crowley.  I live in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.  I've  been a chef in the Restaurant Industry for over 20 years.  Graduating from South West Wisconsin Vocational Technical Institute in Food Service Management, I went to the University of Wisconsin-Stout Hotel & Restaurant Management.  I've been blessed with the privilege of working in some of the finest restaurants, casinos, dinner theaters and country clubs that the Midwest has to offer.  When it comes to the food service, believe me, I've seen my share.  I am always looking for unique and imaginative ways to make food look and taste delicious.  I am inspired by people who live for a creative culinary flare, and thoroughly enjoy sharing the skills, knowledge and experience I have acquired with people who have a zest for fine cuisine.

Gourmet Greeting Cards  was a concept that has evolved over a number of years. I first started producing a card that did not offer the dinner music CD in them.  While the cards were very well received by the public, they seemed to lack that certain element that would help them stand out among the typical greeting card.  As I'm sure you are aware, the competition in the marketplace for greeting cards is a fierce one. But greeting cards come and go, it's memories that never die.  And this is why we are different.  We don't just sell greeting cards, we build memories.
